Moboxen (Mobocertinib 40 mg Capsules) is a prescription medication used for the treatment of specific types of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Mobocertinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor designed to target and inhibit the activity of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 20 insertion mutations, which are known to promote the growth of cancer cells.
Indications:
Moboxen is indicated for the treatment of:
- Adults with locally advanced or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations, who have received prior platinum-based chemotherapy.
How to Use:
- Take Moboxen exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
- Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.
- Do not crush, chew, or break the capsule.
- It can be taken with or without food.
- Follow your doctor's instructions regarding dosage and duration of treatment.
Side Effects:
