Palnat (Palbociclib 125 mg Capsules) is a prescription medication used for the treatment of certain types of breast cancer. Palbociclib is a cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4/6 inhibitor that works by blocking proteins involved in cell division, thereby slowing down the growth and spread of cancer cells.

Indications:

Palnat is indicated for the treatment of:

• Hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with an aromatase inhibitor as initial endocrine-based therapy in postmenopausal women.
• HR+, HER2- advanced or metastatic breast cancer in combination with fulvestrant in women with disease progression following endocrine therapy.

How to Use:

• Take Palnat exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
• Swallow the capsule whole with a full glass of water.
• Do not crush, chew, or open the capsule.
• It should be taken with food.
• Follow your doctor's instructions regarding dosage and duration of treatment.
