Selinex (Selinexor 20 mg Tablets) is a prescription medication used for the treatment of certain types of cancer. Selinexor is a selective inhibitor of nuclear export (SINE) compound that works by blocking the export of tumor suppressor proteins from the nucleus of cancer cells, leading to the accumulation of these proteins and the subsequent death of cancer cells.
Indications:
Selinex is indicated for the treatment of:
- Adult patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma who have received at least four prior therapies and whose disease is refractory to at least two proteasome inhibitors, two immunomodulatory agents, and an anti-CD38 monoclonal antibody.
- Adult patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who have received at least two prior therapies.
How to Use:
- Take Selinex exactly as prescribed by your healthcare provider.
- Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.
- Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.
- It can be taken with or without food.
- Follow your doctor's instructions regarding dosage and duration of treatment.
